Ericsson Globe (Swedish Ericsson Globe; unofficially simply Globen - Globen, "globe") is an 85-meter arena of various uses in the capital of Sweden - Stockholm. The largest spherical structure in the world, a venue for concerts and sporting events. Opened February 19, 1989. It has a capacity of 16,000 people during concerts and 13,850 during hockey matches.
In February 2010, an elevator was opened on the outer south side of the arena, transporting patrons to the top of the arena. SkyView consists of two gondolas, each of which can accommodate up to 16 people, which move along two parallel paths.
